Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Hazwan Hussin

Associate professor Dr. Mohd Hazwan Hussin is currently an associate professor at the School of Chemical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He received his double PhD degree in Chemistry from Universite de Lorraine, France and USM. He is former Synthesis & Process Chemist at KL-Kepong (KLK) Oleomas Sdn. Bhd. His current interests include lignocellulosic materials, valorization of chemical compounds extracted from biomass and corrosion protection. He has published more than 100 scientific papers, with over 3500 citations in the past 5 years.
